How can I order?
Making your order is really simple! Just go to the store menu, add the products you want to the basket and, when you're finished shopping just check out and make your payment. Your order is done!
To where do we ship?
We know how frustrating it is to fall in love with something and when we go to make the order they don't ship to your country! We don't want this to happen to our clients so we ship to wherever you are.
What are the shipping options and costs?
To make every purchase the most secure it can be we only ship in registered mail. This way we avoid problems with lost packages and you can track your order as soon as it goes to the post office.
The costs depend on the weight of the package but bellow you can find an idea of the costs for one product:

How are the payments done?
Paypal is the most secure way to make your payments on internet. Attending to this that's the way we prefer to get the payments. But, if you don't have paypal account , you can still pay with a bank transfer or ATM and MBWAY. If you have any questions please contact us and we will be pleased to help you.
Can we ship using the method where you only pay when you get the package?
No, your payment should be done using paypal or bank transfer.
How much time will it take for me to get my order ?
It depends of your location but to Portugal it takes 1 week, to Europe 2 weeks, and to the rest of the world 3 weeks. Please beware that sometimes the post-office takes more time to delivere the orders and that this is something we can't control.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is delivered we will send you a tracking number. With it you can keep an eye on your order and check out where it is.
What is our exchange or return policy?
If you have any questions about any product contact us before making your order, we are here to help you and make sure you love the product you are ordering. After receiving your order you have 14 days to send it back if you're not satisfied with it, and choose another item with the same cost or superior. If you're item has any problem we will refund you from the total cost of the item. The shipping cost of sending an item back is payed by the buyer unless there is a problem with the product.
What's the material of our bags?
All of our bags are made of 100% genuine italian leather
Where are the bags produced?
All of our bags are produced in Italy, more precisely at Toscany - Firenze. All of them are made by certified and qualified artisans
How are they produced?
Being made at the region of Tuscany - Firenze, they are produced attending to the traditional methods of productions of this area. The tanning method we use is without chemicals, all with natural ingredients, and the bags are cut and sewn by hand.
How do take care of your leather bag?
Leather bags are by nature more resistant than a bag that is made of PU material. This doesn't mean you don't have to take care of it.
To extend the life of your bag you must put it in a place away from humidity and high heat. Don't soak it in water, and avoid leaving it in direct sunlight for a long period of time. Store it in a cool and dry place.
Returning Policy and Warranty
If you have any questions about any product contact us before making your order, we are here to help you and make sure you love the product you are ordering. After receiving your order you have 14 days to send it back if you're not satisfied with it, and choose another item with the same cost or superior or require the refund of the item cost (shipping costs not included) . In case of a fabric defect, Trapos e Bijuquices undertakes to replace the defective product with an equal one, whenever it is available, refund the costs or you can also choose other product. In the same way, the costs of return and shipping will be borne. The product marketed can not show any signs of use and must be returned as shipped.
After receiving the article to Trapos e Bijuquices reserves the right to deny the exchange if the article does not meet the requirements of this policy.
In case of an article exchange, the customer will have to pay the shipping costs of the new article.
In case of a personalized product according to the portuguese Decree-Law nº24/2014, of 14 February, no cancellations, returns or exchanges are made.
Trapos e Bijuquices always does its best to ensure that the products are durable and is happy to help the costumers on case of need. We offer a 3 months warranty for manufacturing defects, 30 days for product defects and 3 months for monogram defects, from the moment the product is delivered. However, this warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, neglect or normal wear and tear of the product.
