The follow general using conditions together with the privacy policie, determine the access and use by the user of the website www.traposebijuquices.com, their sub-domains and their products and services bought through the same.

The access to the website is free, except the costs on the connection to the telecommunication company, available though the supplier contracted by the user.

To use our website there is no need to registry. Buy, at the homepage there is a form in case the user prefers to sign to get promotions and news about the brand. Signing our newsletter and filling the forms listed on the homepage the user agrees to receive informations and promotions that the brand promotes through email. This way, filling these forms the user gives his authorization to be contacted by email by the brand for commercial purposes such as new collections presentation, special promotions, new products, any news about the brand. 

The user data must be exact, updated and real.

The user has to use the website following the law, moral, and public order and according to these general conditions. You are also obliged to use the services and / or contents of the Site without proper use of it in performing illegal activities or constituting an offense that violates the rights of third parties and / or infringes the intellectual and industrial property regulations , or any other applicable legal provisions.

Your access to the Site does not imply the obligation of Trapos e Bijuquices to control the absence of viruses or any other harmful information elements. In any case, it is the responsibility of the User to provide the appropriate tools for the detection and disinfection of harmful software. Trapos e Bijuquices shall not be liable for damages caused in the software and computer equipment of Users, as well as third parties, during the use of the services offered on the Site. Brags and Bijuquices shall not be liable for damages or losses of any kind produced by the User caused by failures or disconnections in the telecommunications networks that cause the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the service of the Site during the same or previous performance

Trapos e Bijuquices is not aware of the content and services of Linked Sites and as such is not liable for damages caused by illegality, quality, outdatedness, unavailability, error and uselessness of the content and / or services of Linked Sites, nor for any other damages which is not directly attributable to Trapos e Bijuquices. Assuming that the User can access or be redirected to Linked Sites that allow the contracting of services and / or products, the User is aware and accepts that Trapos e Bijuquices acts as a simple intermediary in facilitating said access, as such, will not be responsible , or indirectly or alternatively for damages of any kind arising from the free use and / or contracting of said services and products from third parties, as well as from the lack of legality, reliability, usefulness, veracity, accuracy, completeness and timeliness . In a restrictive, and in no case limiting, case, Trapos e Bijuquices will not be liable for damages and losses of any nature, resulting from incorrect compliance with or breach of contractual commitments acquired through third parties; for unfair competition and illicit advertising; by the mismatch and disappointment of the expectations created by said services and products of third parties, as well as any type of imperfections and defects that may be in them.

All contents of the Site, including but not limited to texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audio-visual or sound content, as well as their graphic design and source codes, are property of intellectual property of Trapos e Bijuquices or third parties without being understood as assigned to the User, none of the exploitation rights recognized by the current legislation, in matters of intellectual property on them. Trademarks, trade names or logos are the property of Trapos e Bijuquices or third parties, without which access to the Site may be understood as a right assigned to them. By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the User grants to Trapos e Bijuquices, in a free and exclusive way, all exploitation rights over the articles, comments and opinions (hereinafter "the Contents") published by the User, or whose publication authorizes in the website. The User, who claims to have all intellectual property rights on the articles, comments and opinions mentioned above, is obliged to assume any claim or liability, including damages, that a third party may execute against Trapos e  Bijuquices, as it considers its rights infringed by any action derived from the obligations that the User contracts, directly or indirectly, with these General Conditions. Likewise, the User is obliged to keep the Trapos e Bijuquices unaffected by any damage that he or a third party may suffer as a consequence of the formalization of the attribution of rights regulated in this clause

3. Commitment Conditions

3.1. Images and products available

We request that in case of finding any type of error, please notify us so that we can proceed to the correction as soon as possible, for the benefit of all Users. Likewise, if you buy any product on this page, we advise you to confirm that the product name is the one you want. All product orders will be subject to availability.

3.2.  Price and Payment conditions

All prices published on the Site, except where expressly stated otherwise, have included the corresponding VAT. The User must pay for their purchases through bank transfer, ATM, credit card or PAYPAL. The customer has 12 hours to make the payment of the order. Any payment made after this period may be subject to changes in product availability or expenses.

3.3. Deliverie, Returns Policy and Warranty

The products purchased by the User will be sent via Carrier or CTT. Shipping costs are charged to the customer. The delivery of the orders will be made at the shipping address, freely designated by the User in the order form. Trapos e Bijuquices shall not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the product is not carried out as a consequence of inaccuracy or falsity of the data provided by the User, as well as, on the assumption that the delivery can not be made for reasons beyond the control of the Carrier or the Designated CTT, such as the absence of the recipient. In case of loss of the order by the carrier, a complaint must be made to the carrier and the customer will only be reimbursed of the amount paid or a new shipment will be made after the carrier has responded to the order whereabouts. The request will be delivered as soon as possible and, in any case, always will be before thirty (30) business days, from the date of confirmation of the request. Exchanges are allowed within 14 days from the date of receipt. However, the product marketed can not show any signs of use and must be returned as shipped in its original packaging. Any product that reveals signs of use  will not give rise to exchange or return. After receiving the article to Trapos eBijuquices reserves the right to deny the exchange if the article does not meet the requirements of this policy. The article for exchange should be sent to:

Exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days after receiving the item. In the event of a defect, Trapos e Bijuquices undertakes to replace the defective product with an equal one, whenever it is available. In the same way, the costs of return and shipping will be borne. In the event that it can not be replaced, its value will be refunded or the user will be given the choice of another product with the same characteristics. In case of an article exchange, the customer will have to pay the shipping costs of the new article.

In case of a personalized product according to the portuguese  Decree-Law nº24/2014, of 14 February, no cancellations, returns or exchanges are made.

Warranty

Trapos e Bijuquices always does its best to ensure that the products are durable and is happy to help the costumers on case of need. Weoffer a 3 months warranty for manufacturing defects, 30 days for product defects and 3 months for monogram defects, from the moment the product is delivered. However, this warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, neglect or normal wear and tear of the product.

3.4 International Delivery

Shipments made to Europe have a delivery time of 7 to 10 business days. Deliveries to the rest of the world take between 3 to 5 weeks. Trapos e Bijuquices is not responsible for any delays in deliveries, problems results and delays of the carriers. The value of the products are presented in euros and all orders will be traded in the same currency by your bank after the purchase is completed. The amounts shown exclude any taxes, duties, fees or charges that may be imposed.

4. Annulment and inefficiency of clauses

If any of the clauses included in these General Conditions were declared totally or partially null or ineffective, such annulment or inefficiency will only affect said provision or the part thereof that is null or ineffective, with the present General Conditions remaining for all remainder and considering such provision, totally or partially, not included

5.Legislation applicable

These General Conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the Laws of Portugal.
